  • Proposed the Innovation Lab as a unique branch of Ruhnau Ruhnau Clarke with the mission to create products and services that enhance community, creativity, and innovative thinking. Position of Innovation Lab Director was created in January 2016.

  • Conceptualized, designed, and coded award winning iOS app, “Be - Career discovery”; a fun way for high school students to explore STEAM careers. Was featured by the Apple App Store as one of the best apps of 2016.

  • Collaborate with marketing and design team members to create unique and engaging project proposals using cutting edge tools like virtual reality and augmented reality.

  • Collaborate with marketing team to create engaging outreach campaigns using web and mobile technology. Most recent example was for Compton High School to gather input from alumni.

  • Organize monthly meetings for the 60-member group
